Goodwin Intellectual Property partner Neel Chatterjee was named to the Daily Journal’s 2018 Top Intellectual Property Lawyers list. The award recognizes 100 of the top intellectual property lawyers in California based on nominations, staff selections and consideration of the nominee’s major achievements in the area of intellectual property over the past year. Chatterjee has been named to the list since 2012.
Chatterjee is recognized for his work on a high profile case related to Internet scraping and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act; a complex trade secrets case against one of the leading technical institutions in India; and representing a new player in the highly competitive electric vehicle industry, EVelozcity.
