Goodwin Procter attorneys represented private equity firm Thoma Bravo on its acquisition of Internet Pipeline (iPipeline). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Thoma Bravo is a private equity investment firm with more than 30 years of experience providing equity and strategic support to experienced management teams and growing companies. The firm seeks to create value by collaborating with company management to improve business operations and provide capital to support growth initiatives. Thoma Bravo invests with a particular focus on application and infrastructure software and technology enabled services. The firm currently manages more than $8.5 billion of equity commitments and has offices in Chicago and San Francisco.

Earlier this year, the Goodwin also represented Thoma Bravo in its sale of Telestream to Genstar Capital.
