Mr. Klatzkin, a partner in the firm’s Private Equity Group, advises private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a wide variety of transactions including leveraged buyouts, growth equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, strategic investments, restructurings and dispositions. He also regularly works with companies seeking growth and late stage financing and serves as outside general counsel to a number of private companies.
