2022 Sedona Conference on Developing Guidelines for Trade Secret Issues

The 2022 Sedona Conference on Developing Guidelines for Trade Secret Issues will present for public dialogue for the first time the first set of consensus, non-partisan publications from the Sedona Working Group 12 on Trade Secrets (WG12), most of which were published for public comment last year and will be published in final/post-public comment form in the weeks and months leading up to the Conference. Monte Cooper will be moderating a panel titled “Trade Secret Issues Across International Borders.”
