9:00 AM – 10:00 AM  A Post-Pandemic Future: Creating an Inclusive Hybrid Workplace Almost two years of remote work have yielded mixed results for organizations trying to advance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion goals. In some legal workplaces, remote work exacerbated inequalities and in others, remote work arrangements advanced recruiting and retention efforts. In this session we’ll discuss the post-pandemic future (fingers crossed), how hybrid work environments are here to stay, and how you can make sure that your firm, company, practice group, or department keeps moving in the right direction from a DEI perspective.
