already stressful profession. Remote working environments, social distancing, and isolation present new obstacles in communicating with our colleagues as well as our opponents during these unfamiliar times. This panel will discuss how courts have dealt with civility issues in this new environment, the model rules of professional conduct, and ways in which we can express compassion and empathy with one another.
