The ITC is a powerful tool for intellectual property holders. One group that may find it particularly useful is the startup community. In this webinar we will cover various ITC nuances that are pertinent to startups, from both a substantive law standpoint and a business strategy perspective. We will discuss the domestic industry requirement, jurisdiction, as well as other legal frameworks that startups should keep in mind when contemplating the ITC.
