5th Annual Summer Associate Second Circuit Moot Court Argument CLE

NYIPLA, in conjunction with the Second Circuit, is hosting its 5th Annual Summer Associate Moot Court Argument CLE Program. Each firm will present an oral argument on behalf of different interested parties. The hypothetical fact pattern will be derived from a case now awaiting a decision on a petition for certiorari to the Supreme Court: Empire Distribution Inc. v. Twentieth Century Fox Television (No. 17-1383). Goodwin's Alex Valenti and Summer Associates, Zoe Bellars and Grace Truong will be participating in the oral argument.
