2017 Directors Forum

Goodwin’s 11th Annual Directors Forum took place on June 1, 2017 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Boston, MA. This annual program is focused on issues affecting directors of public companies.

At the 2017 forum, we took an inside-out look at the ever changing landscape of public company boardrooms. Have you noticed that the person sitting next to you in the boardroom is Joanne not Joe? Have you been discussing things at board meetings like how cars can talk to washing machines or whether legalized gambling or marijuana may present a business opportunity?
