MSKCC's Careers in Patent Law and Technology Licensing

Memorial Sloan Kettering's Office of Career Services will host a panel discussion regarding career paths in patent law and technology licensing. Goodwin Procter science advisor Beth Ashbridge will join panelists to discuss: career opportunities for scientists in patent law and technology licensing; a day in the life of a professional in this field; how to identify and apply for positions in patent law and licensing; the qualities that companies are looking for in competitive candidates; and skills and experiences that you should acquire during your PhD and/or postdoc to help you land your first job.
