First Annual Marsh D&O Panel Symposium

Marsh introduces their newly launched Directors & Officers (D&O) Panel. The half-day symposium will include a luncheon and networking reception with panel firms. It will facilitate formal and informal discussions of today’s principal D&O risks, initial public offerings, environmental and remediation issues and product liability, among others. Todd Cronan and Carl Metzger will both serve as speakers for this program. Todd Cronan is a senior partner in Goodwin Procter’s Litigation Department and co-chair of its Securities Litigation & White Collar Defense Group. He also has been a member of the Executive Committee of the firm. Carl Metzger is a partner in Goodwin Procter’s Business Litigation Group and leads the firm’s Risk Management & Insurance practice.
