U.S. Dual Listing Webinar for Nordic Life Science Companies 2020

On September 9, 2020, Kris Brown served as a panelist on Nasdaq and Vinge’s seminar, “U.S. Dual Listing for Nordic Life Sciences Companies”. The seminar was designed to address and shed light on some of the key items decision makers consider, to enable them to more clearly assess whether a dual listing in the U.S. is an option that should be considered. In addition, Kristian Humer (Citibank Equity Capital Markets), Fredrik Johansson (CFO at Calliditas), Adam Kostyal (Nasdaq Nordic), Sandra Friedrich (Bank of New York American Depositary Receipts Services), and Dain Hard Nevonen (Partner at Vinge) served on the panel.
