Jeff Klein, a partner in Goodwin's Technology Companies group and its Technology Transactions practice, helps companies in all areas of the corporate life cycle. He concentrates on pre-incorporation planning, formation issues (including founder equity issues), financing transactions, commercial agreements, revenue transactions, licensing, general corporate representation and counseling, corporate governance, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Klein is a key contributor to Goodwin’s Founders Workbench, an online resource for start-ups, emerging companies and the entrepreneurial community.

Mr. Klein is also a member of Goodwin’s PropTech Initiative focused on supporting the intersection of Real Estate and Technology through thoughtful collaboration across the two practice areas. As a key contributor to the group and Steering Committee, Mr. Klein participates in a variety of industry events and stays up to date on relevant market trends impacting the PropTech sector to effectively support clients involved in this space.
