Monika Chawla is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of its Life Sciences group. Monika represents private and public companies in a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and venture financing deals. She also counsels companies on ongoing corporate matters.
While attending law school, Monika was a legal intern at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, and a student attorney at Villanova Law’s Federal Tax Clinic. She also served as Staff Writer and Managing Editor of Production of the Villanova Law Review.
